Accident Insurance Company is a strong A- AM Best rated insurance company. The company and its subsidiary (Madison Insurance Company, Inc - "MIC") has expanded into 16 additional states while maintaining a conservative approach to management and reinsurance placement.

Problem:

Accident Insurance Company was working with a lean staff as they are a fast growing insurance company.  The process work was starting to take the focus away from the underwriting team. 

NCCI Reporting:  Workers Compensation Insurance policies are required to report in many states. Policy information should be keyed in to the NCCI website.  
Renewals, binds and issuance: Prepare the file so the underwriter can review and determine the proper pricing before sending out the renewal quote. Binding the policy after receiving the confirmation to bind and issue the policy.

Solution:

SelectSys has been hired by AIC to manage these business processes with a set of pre-defined Service level Agreements. AIC has been able to focus on their core underwriting business with an added advantage of cost savings up to 75%.
