Tim McDonald, Chief Operating Officer

Tim McDonald received his MBA from the University of Tennessee.  Trained in Six Sigma and Lean disciplines he has 15 years experience with a fortune 500 company designing and improving processes, then integrating those processes with outsourcing partners.  Tim is considered an expert in process design. He has a vast array of technical experience including; project management SQL Server, VB6, VBA, VB DotNet for Windows, Crystal Reports, SAP BW, SAP R3, SAP CRM, SAP Enterprise Portal, and SAP Visual Composer.  In insurance Tim has experience as a worker's compensation standard comp underwriter.

Neil Britto, Chief Information Officer

Neil Britto is an accomplished software engineer with more than 15 years of experience in Information Technology. He was the founder of E-Tech Inc., one of the leading data recovery services provider in Canada. An innovative engineer, he has launched a number of data recovery products, and was the lead architect in a number of IT systems. Prior to Selectsys, he was a Systems Analyst at Assiniboine Community College for 10 years. He has completed his Executive MBA from WP Carey School of Business, ASU.

Dr. Suhas Deshmukh, Chief Innovation Officer

Suhas Deshmukh received his Ph.D from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay he has spent 11+ years in the research and development, and is respected for his knowledge and leadership. His background includes an in-depth application of innovative solutions for development of cutting edge solutions in microengineering, mechanical engineering, and energy generation technologies.

Prior to joining Selectsys; he handled responsibilities such as Head R&D Cell at SCOE Navi Mumbai. During his tenure as R&D Head he developed and experimentally tested wave power energy generation device, which generates 10 Kw electricity. Suhas Deshmukh has an extensive background in development of Mechatronics Systems for precision applications, and Finite Element Modeling and Analysis. Through his research work he received best design award for development of 3D microfabrication system at IIT Bombay.

Steven Eller, Vice President of Business Development

Steven Eller received his degree in finance from the University of Tennessee where he also served on the investment committee for the TVA equities fund. He later studied international communications at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. For five years he worked in sales and marketing for the Southwestern Company leading and training new salespeople. His increasing responsibilities led him to direct the marketing efforts of the Dallas, TX and, later, Oklahoma regions of Southwestern's Educational Products division. During that time, his annual sales grew over 15% every year and placed his organization consistently in the top ten percent of the company.  Steven's expertise is in finding new market opportunities and developing strong relationships with outsourcing partners. 

Bharath Reddy Chaduvu, General Manager

Bharath Chaduvu brings into Selectsys a vast knowledge base both in technology and administration. He has over 6+ years of experience in Operations.He received his Bachelor of technology in computer science in India. He is an expert in driving small start up teams to success.He has been to the final process of selection thrice in Civil Services Exam in India , considered to be one of the toughest exam in the country. He is responsible for overall logistics and operations of Selectsys and any future projects launched by it.
